The Tough Mudder Training Changed my Attitude on Life!
If you remember last month when I did the mud run for the Tough Mudder in Patterson (next time is in Tahoe), there was something that happened. I changed. During the Tough Mudder training, I became stronger and more resilient both physically and mentally. With all of the different obstacles and all of the training that we did for the Tough Mudder, my workout habits and overall work ethic has ultimately solidified.
I now make clear decisions to never give up
(This is the Arctic Enema early in the morning)
I remember fighting through the different obstacles including all of the ones where you would have to swing across Olympic rings, monkey bars, and sidle across thin ledges across a body of water.
Not once did I ever fall into the water!
I made a clear decision that I wouldn’t be the person that made it halfway across and gave up or just couldn’t do it.
It’s not about being the strongest person or being the most athletic person in the world. It’s about personally testing your will power.
This is why I have so much respect for anyone and everyone that crosses that finish line!
One of my partners on this mud run struggled to keep going. Yet, she made it to the end completing each obstacle step-by-step. This was inspiring!
Just as I had made the decision to never fall into the water, she had made a decision that she was going to make it to the end… no matter what.
How I have increased my work ethic working from home
I was just talking yesterday with a buddy of mine, Buihe Madu, who shared with me that he has noticed something special about what I do.
He told me, “You know what sets you apart from others… You are a student of the game and you are always breaking down why stuff works… When you know the why in life, the how is easy… I’ve always seen that you just keep going”
Buihe Madu has helped me through my initial breakthrough and I highly respect his advice, direction, and praise!
One of the campaigns that I have been running lately is proving that blogging everyday consistently works. I’m here to create a LIVE case study to show that if you blog for 90 days consistently you will generate highly targeted leads and create sales on auto-pilot on the internet, even without knowing how to market heavily on the internet.
So when I think back to the Tough Mudder training and my approach to the obstacles; when I think about never giving up, and not being that person that who quits, I can see how it relates to my marketing efforts.
…I will not be the person that quits.
In my 90 day blogging challenge that I have set for myself and others, I approach each day with taking one more step. I think to myself, I just have to keep going because I will not be the person who does not walk the walk.
I am currently on day 21 of 90 and I will blog every single day without any breaks. I will not be that person who misses a day, and has to start over again!
I am about being THE example and providing proof.
I encourage you to NOT be the person who gives up on your dreams.
DO NOT EVER QUIT!
Just work your ass off, and do what others will not.
If you don’t know how to market on the internet as an extra income stream, I encourage you to click the link below and work with someone who will not give up on you.
Keep it Real,
Brian Cain
